i was disappointed that the roof of it is plastic and not metal and it did not come with any instructions at all. I tried to call customer service but it appears there is no working customer service number for this website. So then i tried to call customer service for the product brand and i sat on hold for 30 min and nobody ever picked up to help me. I feel ripped off.
